After ten years working at Vodafone on numerous key projects, often working with external management consultancies, I decided to set up Red Ant Consulting in 2004 and was passionate about offering tailored consulting solutions to organisations that met their individual needs rather than them having inflexible methodologies forced upon them

I’m a personable, pragmatic and enthusiastic executive whose prime expertise lies in helping organisations deliver change, possessing a broad range of consulting skills in Programme, Project and Change Management with a strong reputation for delivering results and building good relationships with customers and stakeholders.

I’m an effective problem solver who works well under pressure to effectively prioritise, in order to meet deadlines and has a track record in mobilising and delivering major cross functional programmes and projects.

Warren Cox
Senior Consultant

Warren joined Red Ant Consulting in 2008 and has a proven track record of helping customers deliver many high visibility projects and initiatives. A driven individual, who has a passion for delivering high quality solutions demonstrating an attention to detail and developing effective working relationships with the teams he works with and excellent stakeholder management.

With extensive experience working in consultancy and a leading UK telecoms company Warren has strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills in order to help customers meet objectives and deadlines.

Liz Green
Associate Consultant (Commercial, Operations & Project Manager)

Liz has helped customers deliver key projects with her strengths in commercial / contract management, project management, building customer relationships, defining customer needs, policy / process optimisation and stakeholder management. She is an excellent all-rounder with a great ability to understand and deliver a broad range of project work.

Nick Davies MBE
Associate Consultant - Programme & Project Manager

Nick has extensive experience leading projects and programmes to meet challenging business goals within corporate environments and the British Army. He builds and nurtures strong relationships that deepen client and sponsor engagement and that also drive high-performing collaborative delivery teams. Particularly effective at managing and balancing the needs of the customer, the delivery team and the project, using APMP and PRINCE2 qualifications.

Tim Bourne
Associate Consultant

A successful business coach with extensive experience gained as senior manager and consultant within major public and private sector organisations. Specialisms include organisational collaboration, strategy development, business modelling, facilitation, coaching, training, change management and operational research (OR).

Jayne Hall
Associate Consultant - Customer Experience

Passionate about putting customers at the heart of business and creating consistent, positive customer experiences based on what matters most to customers. Familiar with the challenges and sometimes tricky negotiations to secure investment for this and to influence change in complex commercial organisations.

A strong track record of coming up with pragmatic solutions that balance customer needs with delivering increased customer satisfaction, cost effectiveness and competitive advantage to deliver improved profitability.

Cerys Jones
Director – Project support & Financial Controller

Cerys plays a key role in all back office processes for Red Ant Consulting specifically managing all financial activities for the business. Using her strong organisational and communication skills she is also involved in project management support activities. She has over 15 years’ experience of working in local authorities prior to joining Red Ant Consulting in 2004.
